Hi from Romania.
I made a patch to transform chinese version to english version.      Look: chinascript.ru/thread-1115-1-1.html         chinascript.ru/thread-1044-1-1.html

Make a english pack with update like chinese version.
This is not a very accuratetranslation and is made by CAT ( Google and Youdao).
